Section 4
The University will be an autonomous institution

(1) The University shall be a self-governing and organized institution with unbroken succession.
(2) The University shall have a separate seal for all its activities.
(3) The University may acquire, use, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property like individuals.
(4) The University may file a complaint in its own name as well as a person and may also file a complaint against the University in the same name.
